The body of Frank Jones, 38, was found next to a river behind Brick Church Road last Wednesday. Police have only related that he was shot to death. This is another sad bit of crime-related news for Annapolis. He was engaged to his friend of 25 years, Shavon Kyle.
While the body has been found, police are still looking for his vehicle, a 2007 light green Hyundai Tuscon with a luggage rack, which could help shed more light on the investigation. The license plates on the vehicle are either 856M832 or 137M170. That is a little strange no, to have two possible license plates for one vehicle?
